I had gone through 3 agents before I finally got Terri, which I had been eyeing for some time and wanted to use.

None of the others felt right. With Terri, it was as if she was sent from heaven. Everything just started to fall into place. She recommended Jim Braverman as my loan officer and I loved working with him and Nova Homes. Then Jim got me a lower home insurance quote from the broker he recommended, Carri Proctor and I was happy to work with her. All the things Terri did just made me feel as if I was in the company of angels because she was always on top of everything with quick response to emails, texts, and all. I would love to yell out "Please use Terri, you won't regret it". I finally closed on my new house and my whole experience was so full of joy. I never felt that in the past with my other homes I've owned. So if I sell my home in the future, you know I'm calling Terri again.

My wife and I were looking for a house back in 2010-11 and we relied on Terri's knowledge and expertise in helping us find a good house.

Since it was our first buy I had a lot to learn! Her background in home building, renovations and overall knowledge of what to be aware of when looking at the structure and construction of the house was so helpful. When I finally found the house I really wanted we had to act fast. It was on the market for just a couple hours before multiple full price bids came in. Terri played hardball and negotiated masterfully with the seller to assure we would have the best chance at closing on the house. It worked out better than we could have ever expected and she made the whole process to easy start to finish. Now we are looking for a second house and will be using her again! She is super knowledgeable (her husband builds houses, so she's got a larger breadth of experience than your typical real estate professional), and she supported us throughout the entire 7+ month journey to find, build, and close on our home. We lived out of state, and I was deployed for most of the experience, but she was flexible, adaptable, and engaged. We could not have bought and built our dream home without her. She was always quick to respond to text/email, helped us fight back when needed with the builder/lender, answered my calls from the Middle East, and helped us do our final inspection and closing over Facetime.
